Making a small round 420g mix of fresh milled scotch fife & einkorn.

Scotch Fife 220g ready to mill. I didnt get pics of the einkorn.

Fife & einkorn mixing. (made this yesterday and sliced this morning.)
After mixing I did a 3 hour rest covered.

Sliced this morning. Bread the way it's supposed to be. Not assembly line CR@P they make today.

Played with Einkorn some, I liked it, the Mrs. Not so much.
