I apologize for being so vague. Right now I'm using a Masterbuilt 7 in 1 that was my dads. I'm in the process of building an outhouse style right now. Have some pics in smokehouse forum. As for me I love hunting and fishing, my kids and wife, and God above all. Enjoy drinking barley pops a lot (kinda part of smoking meat I think). Smoking is fairly new to me. I've done 3 whole chickens, some jerky, and even smoked some ham and beans. The end results were so good I think I'm addicted for life.
