I see a few post about smoking over night, while at work and other long smokes. My MES 30/2.5 won't even start heating until the timer is set. Max time seems to be 3 hrs 59 mins.
How are these long unattended smokes being accomplished ? Doesn't the MES turn off after the timer runs out ? I'm not ready for long unattended smokes, but would like to know how, for when the need arrives.
