MES "bought the big one"

I guess power washing the MES was not such a good idea at least on the outside.

I did that 1 1/2 weeks ago and the electronics kept on cutting out as I was trying to set it up on Sunday. I tried a trick we saw in the internet to clean circuit board and still nope.

New MES ordered as one had been on sale.

I inadvertently saved $50 as price went down from day it stopped working properly to today, when I tried to fix it.

Sorry to hear about that. If you want to do the simple rewire (cut fire wire ends and splice to be 2 wires) and use a PID controller let us know. It would make a better smoker than any brand new MES :)
