Just moved to Asheville, NC from Houston, Texas.
My wife got me a MES 30 a few years ago, but due to travel/work it spent a lot of time in storage until our recent move. Looking forward to spending more time outdoors, including with the smoker! Layfolk say the Q that I make is pretty good, but I've got a lot to learn.
I tend to choose grassfed/wild/pastured sources of meat. I enjoy preparing all kinds of food, but ribs are my favorite food group. And we'll see if NC tolerates my love of beef :)
