Merry Christmas - Got an AMNPS for Christmas (qview)

Merry Christmas all! I recieved an AMNPS yesterday! I smoked a pork butt for a family gathering going on today. I let it smoke in my MES 30 with the AMNPS going all night! This one took about 12 hrs at 225. Just took it out. Oh yah! Happy Smoking.

Sorry no pics of the pulled pork. I was going to get the picture of what was left.7 lb butt gone in 30minutes. I'll post more pics of my next smoke.
