What ya'll plan on smoking for the weekend?

I'm gonna smoke the following and I can't wait to get it going:

1 - Smoked buffalo wings;

2 - St. Louis Style ribs (my local Costco just started selling them); and

3 - I got a 10lb boston butt

Its gonna be some good eatin in Charlotte.

I got few butts going in the smoker (got them on sale $1.19 lbs )
Some pork shots, ABT , some home made brats, . Shrimp
I'm sure we will keep the smoker full all weekend

A few butts? you need to post some pics of that.

Ain't nothing better than Memorial Day weekend.

Thanks to all you veterans and to everyone, enjoy your smoke!!!

  I am picking up some St. Louis style ribs for a Sunday (if we get back from fishing trip in time) or Monday. It will be good either way.

Let's see...

Two 4-ish lb Boston butts, a pork loin, shrimp per Jeff's instructions, and salmon fillets (but that may be done later next week).

Was going to do a brisket, but 1 - I can't find huge briskets anywhere (15 is the biggest I can ever find, usually 10-12), 2 - I found I may have been cooking them wrong (too tender! Delicious, but not able to slice) and 3 - SWMBO was getting sick of brisket (a divorceable offense in some jurisdictions!) so it's a non-beef-smoking weekend for me.
