Meatballs for my chilli

I don't think this would go with chilli but I've put Gorgonzola chunks inside of meatballs and with pasta and red sauce it's awesome!

How about pepper jack or jalapeno cheddar????? Smoked of course!

Thanks guys. Meatballs are fun. Heck I have even used grapes and olives in the center. You can mix and match. An adventure in every bite.
