Seasoned with holy cow. Pulled off silver skin on back and cut along both sides of each bone on the backside of the ribs. On the SmokeFire at 300. 3-2-1 method. Pulled off and removed all the bones and placed on a white loaf of bread with onions, pickles, pepper Jack cheese and bourbon bbq sauce.

I tried the Rib sandwich from McDonald's for the first time this year. And the last. I don't understand how anyone can think that sandwich is good. Let alone "rib" meat. It reminded me of the soy burgers they used to serve us at school
 
Ok so I made it with the onion and pickle. Like McDonald’s, I do have to say I did my own thing with the Added cheese and bourbon sauce…the McRib is nasty, this was doggone good.

Please feel free to come to my neighborhood and make them. Granted its -10 with a -30 windchill. Ill pay double the McSlop price even. It looks amazing. Very very well done.

Oh wow! You and I must be on opposite ends of the world. It's currently 73 here in South Louisiana.
