Maybe Things Are Turning Around?

I am curious - I have been around the housing market, my wife spent a few years as a mortgage loan officer, and my step-father is a Realtor - Am I reading it right that you had an offer and acceptance in October 2007, and the buyer backed out a year later?

Or are we talking about different houses?

Same house, we were waiting for them to sell theirs. Then my wife found them a buyer and 2 days before she was going to show it they backed out. She was pre approved and looked at pics on the internet and did 2 drive bys.

Sent me an email that they changed their minds. AFTER 1 YEAR?

I am sure we could have sold it many times before the market went down.
