I currently use a Maverick ET 732. I just started using two smokers at home for big parties and for competition so I decided to buy another one. When I get them both turned on they must run off of same frequency because they both read same temps. Basically which ever one I syn first goes to both remotes. The other unit with the probes reads the correct temps. Hopefully this makes sense. Is there another unit out there that would work well that I can purchase?

I have the Mav 732 and it has been my goto therm for several years. I recently purchased the iGrill unit and it works great too. You do need an iPhone, iPad or Android platform phone for it to work. I would assume that since it is blue tooth you could run two different iGrills at once since the signal is unique for each unit (i'd ask iGrill). I run both my 732 and my iGrill units at the same time and have no problems.

One thing i'd do is call Maverick customer service and ask them if there is a solution.   What would happen if my next door neighbor was using a maverick the same time as me, i could care less what his pit temp & meat was unless he was sharing!  LOL

My understanding on them though is if you turn 1 on at a time they don't interfere with each other.  Turn on receiver 1 and then transmitter #1, let them sync up.... then do the 2nd units.

This is my suggetion too.  Seems like I remember this issue coming up before in an older thread about the earlier models (ET-73) with folks using muliple Mavs at the same time.  Don't remember for sure but I think members were saying they could use 2 or more without cross interference.  The folks at Maverick could probably give some useful help.
