Glad to see this has been resolved. Now Todd, Get back to work and finish moving!!

Just wanted to report back and say that as soon as I got a hold of Todd, he sent out a new unit. I packed up the old one, sent it back to Todd and he then credited me for the return shipping (return label got lost in the hustle/bustle of the new warehouse move).

Couldn't ask for better customer service.

And the new unit works great!
