hey guys and gals. i think you can classify me as a "super noob" because i don't cook much at all. what i do cook when i get the chance to cook is meat. (probably because that's all my wife trusts me with and she hates cooking meat...) i can kinda grill. my buddy got me into smoking because i liked the stuff he made, so we found a 22" weber kettle 1 touch for like $50. so i'm slowly learning how to do stuff. thank you all ahead of time for your patience with me and probably a billion questions because i know i'm going to have them.
