Hey everyone,

My name’s Matt. I’ve been into BBQ and outdoor cooking for a long time and still enjoy learning something new every time I fire things up. I’ve spent about 20 years around outdoor kitchens — designing, building, and helping people figure out setups that actually work outside — but at heart I’m just someone who enjoys cooking with fire.
I’m a fan of good gas grills, kamados, and wood-fired pizza ovens, and I like experimenting to see what works best (and sometimes what doesn’t). When I’m not cooking, I’m usually outdoors, fishing when I get the chance, or watching sports.
Looking forward to learning from everyone here and talking BBQ.
