Hey folks. I have a master forge propane smoker. I went out today to fire it up for some ribs and I'm not getting any gas.
I checked the obvious things hose, clogged burner, swapped tanks etc. anyone have any suggestions? I'm almost thinking that it's the burner control maybe it's not opening properly. Any help is much appreciated!

Try this in this exact order.

    turn off gas at smoker

    turn off gas at bottle

    disconnect hose from bottle

     wait 1 min.

    reconnect hose to bottle

    turn on gas at bottle

    turn on gas at smoker

    try to light.

The new bottles have a safety valve inside that shuts down to prevent leaks and sometimes it needs to be reset.
  3. check the washers on the connections.  Mine on my weed burner goes bad all the time.  It wont work without it being in good shape.

had this happen to my gosm. if you take the nozzle out of the end at the tank there is a little screen filter in there. mine was rusted not allowing gas thru.
