We picked up a 3+ pound chuckie on Saturday for under $2.66 a pound. Look for beef coupons near the beer cooler.

Decided to grind it for burgers last night. Used a course die with semi frozen beef.

Heated the Blackstone up on high, toasted buns with butter and grilled some onions.

Topped with American cheese, a slightly sweet pickle relish we canned yesterday morning, grilled onions and inglehoffer stone ground mustard.

Couldn't decide which burger looked the most scrumptious so you get to see them both!

Those both look great!!! Making me hungry...
Inglehoffer Stone Ground mustard is one of my favs.

If I only had room for a Blackstone, it would complete my grill area.

Looks great! Making me hungry again.

Those are some tasty looking burgers... great job!
