It rained most of the day here, but I still managed to get out to the grill in between showers…
Had these in a marinade (recipe here) in the refrigerator for just under 24 hours…
Lit the Weber Kettle and let it sit about 15 minutes then spread out the coals and put the rack on, and let it sit another 5 minutes so the rack was good and hot.
Threw on the shoulder steak. First side 4 min.
Finish on second side about 3 minutes…
Pulled off at 140* IT for medium…
On the platter…
Cut shot…
And the plate shot…
The beans are the Hot Honey Bush’s Grillin’ Beans, and o had a few slices of breaded dill pickles done in the air fryer…
