Margherita Pizza

This one was a couple days ago, just getting to post it. the margherita pizza is a basic but delicious pie.

Home made crust made using Bobby Flays Pizza Crust recipe used it for years - killer.

EVOO on the crust, lite sauce, fresh basil, cubed fresh motz, baked 425, and then more fresh basil on top.

Thats my favorite style pizza. Yours looks excellent! Bobby flays dough recipe is killer we have used it a few times. I'm going to try Alton Brown's sometime. It looks like it would be good too.
