Not sure how I missed it but I just found the Home Gardening section!  I grew Bhut Jolokias last year  and made some really good SPICY refrigerator pickles. Will post up my brine/pickle recipe when I find it.  So to quote John Belushi in The Blues Bros. "This Place has got everything"
