12x24. And man! It was a tight fit getting between the garage and tree. Only a couple a couple of inches to spare!
Just need to do a bit of landscaping. And get this bad boy wired!
Sweet,! Well deserved. Post more pics as you finish out.

I'm trying to figure that out:emoji_wink:! I was shocked how $$ Romex has gotten. Everything else electrical for that matter.
I would wire it for ya because I’m a Master Elec however it’s a bit of a distance and I’m retired. And yes,,,,all electrical materials are through the roof price wise. Wish I could be of assistance. Reach out for any advise or questions, be glad to help in that manner.

I'm a journeyman electrician. Just haven't bought romex in a while. So, I was surprised at the cost.
Thanks for the offer though!

Haven't posted here in a bit. Here are a couple of projects.

A wall display case for my lego builds.

A replacement pantry door for the one that was damaged when we bought the RV.
I used the Kreg mortise and tenon jig for this. Amazing gizmo. Joints were dead on with no differences in height.

I wish I could do wood work. I can't even drive a nail straight., probably bc my area of expertise is electricity.

Sweet!. I'd gladly forego my back yard in ground pool for even a smaller space like that. Pools suck, I don't use it and it costs two arms and a leg for maintenance.

Y'all never tried a hottub in February in Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin or the Dakotas huh? Go from a hottub to two feet or more of snow and back into the hottub. It's great. Side note, I do this at others people's houses. I'd never own one.

SPAs as well. the only difference is when we got tired of having it take up so much space we had it cut up and hauled away.
yeah we have both, wife wants the pool at 88 and the hot tub at 99. We will go back and fourth in the summer. We go in the hot tub all year round...once the pool is up and running, the maintenance is not that bad. The salt system does not need to be touched and just drop in the robot to clean. but yeah, the $$$ do suck.

Yeah. We had a pool for almost 25 years. The last 5 I was about the only one using it. And doing the cleaning and stuff. I was kind of relieved when it was time to rip it down. I do miss it on the hot days when I come home from work. And jump in with a few bottles of beer!

tough and expensive to rip out an inground pool. Funny when we were looking for a house in 1997 we did not want a pool. 80 houses later we found this one with the pool....the 2 brick patios around it since is $40K gone...lol
