Good Video Pops... The only thing I can add... Don't stuff them tight if you plan on doing this... they will tighten up after all that twisting/linking...
 
ive watched this video several times in the past, but I always wonder whats the point? it looks cool, but they woudnt smoke very well like that would they? it seems unless you had a really tall smoker that they would be pretty long strings, also they would be touching in a lot of places and leave white spots, No?
 
I had a friend telling me about this, I had no clue what he was talking about. Now that I see the video I understand. That is pretty neat. I think I will give that a try. jimmyinsd For doing traditional pork / breakfast sausage or small brats that are fresh sausage not smoked, it would be a good presentation. They would wrap nice I would thin. I am going to make links anyway why not try it.
 
Some day I'll try to make proper sausages like this again. <I just ended up tying off the links with out twisting..>
