Howdy folks, how all y'all doing? From pacific northwest and new to the smoking scene here. Just ordered a pallet smoker (RTG) and can't wait to try out the tonnes of recipes floating around on the interwebz. So far, all my fun with fire is limited to either gas or charcoal grills and wanted to step into the smokers for sometime. Finally after much debate over which smoker to go with, I pulled the trigger on Rec Tec.
My other time sink is: Harley Davidson (live to ride and ride to good places to eat), guns, outdoor grilling and playing poker.
