Doing a 3 bean bacon bake on my MAK Grill.

Using hickory pellets at 350*

3 different kinds of beans.

2 cans any style baked beans
2 cans kidney beans (drained)
2 cans pinto beans (drained)

Put in pan and add 2 cups of the Rumm bbq sauce and 1/2 cup water. Simmer for 20 mins.

Line dutch oven with bacon.

Add beans to dutch and fold the bacon over.

In my MAK to get happy

I will get some internal $$ shots when my wife gets some for her work lunch tonight.

The $$ shot. Good all by emself

Geez Nepas, you just took baked beans to another level. I'm already thinking that the bacon idea will be in my next smoked bean recipe. Almost looked like a bean fattie!
