I'm making a mailbox mod. for my mes 30,i have a old mail box in garage that was murdered"hit and run" by a snow plow a few years back, it's a little rusty inside, would this still be alright to use or would this be a problem. thanks

Wire brush the rust out of the inside, burn it in should be good.
