Looks tasty! Most Klobase, Klobasy ,Klobasa I am familiar with only has salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic. Whats that green spice in your photos? Recipe's are nice to include with posts.

Educated guess would be another common herb in Czech and Polish klobasa, kielbasa = fresh or dried Marjoram...
