Here is a pic of what is left. It was a 14 inch DO of macaroni and cheese. I think the neighbors enjoyed it last weekend. Just not enough neighbors out here.

How long was the cook time for that, Goat?

You just use wood coals on your DO and not briqs, right?
 
Yes, that was coals only. No charcoal. The cook time was some 30 to 45 minutes best I remember.
 
That looks really good goat. I'm going camping this weekend......I think I'll give it a try.

Cowgirl, just remember that it does not take much heat on bottom, apply the majority to the top.
