I put a Butt on last night at 11PM for a pre 4th of July party today. Started at 160 and then when I got up this morning at 6 raised to 225. Will wrap shortly

Very nice color. Did you use mustard as a binder? I like the color that mustard gives ribs and butts, usually looks like that for me.
