These pulled pork butts are great. They have to be some of the best tasting meat that I have ever had. The bark was wonderful, I could not have been more pleased. thanks for all the help

I have been trying different rubs each smoke to get some idea of the differences in them. This one was pork rub by McCormick, I tried Jeffs' rub last time and it also was very good ( thanks Jeff ). Going to try my own pretty soon.
