Lots Of Bacon

WELL THE BIG ORDER IS DONE..PILES OF CANADIAN BACON ..ALL THE ORDERS ARE FILLED AND NOW ITS TIME FOR SOME FOOTBALL.. THIS IS HALF THE PILE OF BACON..ABOUT 20 LBS.. I STARTED MY SMOKE ABOUT 3 AM THIS MORNING..AND AFTER 7 1/2 HOURS HERE ARE THE RESULTS..

I Made This Batch For My Coworkers ..i Made The Mistake Last Time I Made Bacon To Bring Samples To Work..all Of This Was Ordered.. I Gave Them A Good Price ..cost Of Meat Plus $10 ..sure Beats The $6.29 Per Pound We Pay At The Store Lol..right Now My Fridge Has Almost 40 Lbs Of Bacon In It Till Tomarrow.. Smells Like Bacon In There Ya Think Lol..thank You All Agian...mike
