I had some left over reverse seared Tri Tip (4#) and have been loooking for a good beef chili recipe. Roasted some beef bones and the veggies for the broth
Finished broth cold the next day
So made up some fresh chile powder
gathered the spices
Sauteed the onions, added the chile powder, tomato paste and spices.
The tri tip right after I cooked it last month
Served up and ready to eat
Man it was delicious. Will make this again!
