4" of snow and 16°f. Still snowing! Used the low clearance KIA to plow the path to work for the City today since the snow plows don't seem to be out!

Nothing today! Looked at the mini this morning while I was trying to find the snow shovel. Had a nice layer of snow on top of it!

Yikes!! And I've been whining about it being in the low 40's here!! Time to get you some salmon, bacon and cheese cold smoking!

We went from 60°--70° lows in the 40's to high of 30° and lows of teens! Not happy at all about it! Up to about 6" of snow now this morning.

Yup.......high 40's and rain here today. Sausage in the smoker now but 4 lb's of cheese going in tomorrow.

Our fellows from Alberta will need some wood/charcoal to cold smoke. It's 6F now going down to a minimum of -7F in a couple of days.

Our temps here did the same thing. Been snowing on and off again all day today but not that much snow. Weather just changed from winter snow advisory to winter storm warning. Not fun.

Supposed to be in the 20s all weekend here (maybe some snow on Sunday) so a cheese and salmon weekend it is.

Right now we are getting freezing rain, that's always nice on top of the snow!

Thank goodness for a covered cooking area so I can smoke year round.

That is what Denver has been like the last couple of days. Actually -7 is a little warmer than our recent lows.

I will be preheating my smoker to cold smoke soon. It was 22° here in the south this morning 

. We got a little flurry the night before. Calling for a little snow Sunday.
