Hi.  I am from SE Michigan.  I have smoked all the basics, pork butt, ribs, chicken, turkey breasts and legs and dabbled with beef jerky... I have a two tier charcoal smoker.  I am looking to add an electric smoker that is digital with a temp probe.  Joined to tap into all the experience and knowledge here.  I am planning on snack sticks and smoked salmon over the next few weeks.
