Just picked up this stainless water filter from work and love to turn it into an amazing smoker. Would love some help from the pros here on some ideas for a box. The filter has a smaller inlet directly on the bottom which is about 1 1/2 inches... or the side has a 6" inlet... I would love to add a rotisserie to the bottom but I'm worried the 6" hole will be to much. Anything you guys can tell me will be greatly appreciated.... thanks
