I subscribed to Jeff’s emails and received a recipe last year for whole chicken cooked with a coating of rub and mayonnaise. I also think it was brined. This was awesome tasting chicken but I cannot for the life of me find the recipe. Can anyone help?

That is the one!!! Thank you very much! This is a great recipe. I found that 1/2 cup of mayo is plenty and I don’t bother with the baste. Yum
