GOOD AFTERNOON, I AM LOOKING FOR POINTERS FOR BUILDING BAD WEATHER STORAGE CONTAINERS. I NEED TO BUILD TWO SEPARATE ONES 1. FOR MY DIGIQ & one FOR MY STOKER WITH WIRELESS ADAPTER .ALSO DIFFERENT IDEAS TO PROTECT THE BLOWER FANS. I CURRENTLY USE I PLASTIC ZIPLOC CONTAINER FOR MY DIGIQ AND A BUCKET OVER MY FAN NOTHING FOR THE STOKER. TIRED OF REPLACING THE CHEAPER CONTAINERS I’VE BEEN USING ALSO THE RIGHT WIND THE BUCKET FALLS OFF AND THE FAN IS EXPOSED USING A 1.5 BALL VALVE FOR THE FAN CONNECTION

Do you have any pics of them. Sometimes a simple tackle box modified will work. Think outside the box! I used a toolbox to house the electronic connections for a cordless microphone at a race track I work at. Needed it to withstand weather and remain dry. Mounted it on a pole, bottom against the pole and the lid (which clasps shut) opens up. Wish I had a pick, but think of a waterproof outlet cover, but bigger.

Also, there are some more expenside Pelican Cases in any number of sizes that you could use.

Mine seems to be.

I still put a plastic baggie on the guru when it rains. I use the pint sized zip top bags.
