So my birthday incoming up and was thinking about replacing my wood/ charcoal smoker with an electric one. I liked the idea of set it and forget it. Also with my coal smoker I have a lot of issue keeping it at the temp I like It (not sure if it's me or just how these smokers are ) . Would this be a good replace mine with. http://m.homedepot.com/p/Masterbuilt-30-in-Digital-Electric-Smoker-20070910/100660191
does this have a good amount of room between racks. Is this somthing that I can keep for years. This one I currently have .

Take it for what is worth, but I made the switch to electric and tried it out for a few months. It was nice to set it and forget it, but it just didn't turn out bbq like my charcoal smoker does and now I'm back to the charcoal. I still plan on keeping the electric and will probably do Boston butts for over night cooks or smoking fish, but for everything else I'll keep adjusting my charcoal for endless hours lol
