I saw that but didn't see which wood he used.Here is a link to what Todd did....and he used his own Pitmaster blend. You can order some from him.

Now it makes sense. I'm new and didn't know what postmaster was.Todd is the one that sells the pellets....it was his "Pitmaster Blend"

That is the "wood"...that he used. You can go to his website and see what blends he puts in that kind.
