Long time reader...........first time poster

Hi everyone, after reading the forums for ages I decided to join today so that I could ask a question I had.  This is a great forum, and I look forward to learning from everyone as I have been doing for the past year or so.  I have a MES 30 which I love, and was a big improvement to my last smoker!!

Hello and Welcome to our addiction.  A word of warning: There is no 12 step program for this one!  Many good folk here with a load of experience that they are more than willing to share.  If you have specific questions just start a thread and someone with experience will be along soon to offer advice.  All info you can provide us with such as smoker type, location and so on will help us answer any questions you may have.  Spend some time doing some research on the forums, tons of advice and recipes already available there.  We look forward to your contributions.  Have fun.  Good luck.  Keep Smokin!

if you have been a lurker you surely have a grasp about what this place is all about. I urge you to take avail of the search engine, it full of answers. The folks are great here and those to seek out for their wisdom are the Moderators and those with the tag OTBS. Wise they are.

Please when you get a break click the icon above which says "My Profile" and take a min to expand upon our knowledge of yourself. Especially where you lay your head at night. See its important when asking questions or helping others to know where you and they are located.
