Hey folks!
I've been lurking and learning for quite some time. I've found that if I've got any questions a simple search pulls up tons of info that is always helpful(and often there's some good comedy as well). Started smoking on a Weber kettle with charcoal and lump wood that I gather from my cabinet shop. The wife and kids got me a MES for Christmas and I'm getting that sucker broke in during the coldest months of the year here in South Dakota. Hopefully I can contribute something worthwhile; this forum has given me loads of help.
Now off to check the IT on the bacon wrapped pork loin...!
