Long time follower Smoking-Meats new to Forum

Moved to Texas from Ohio 1984. First smoking I saw here was an old gentleman with Cabrito on the side of the road smoking in a metal box. I knew I was in the right place. First smoker was an offset and learned how to do Texas smoke. Went to a propane chip smoker...did ok. Went Pellet somoker. Very easy but missed the smoke favor and messing with the fire. Back to a Oklahoma Joe's Highland offset. Smoking some great stuff. Good to be with ya-all!
