long smoke day

  1. Started out this morning smoking a shoulder around 7 it is now 9 the shoulder is at 170 but the spare ribs I did were well liked trimmed to st louis style wife ate the other meat and my daughter and I ate the rest.The fat from the shoulder really gave the ribs some flavor. will post pics late
