Loin smoked yesterday

    Smoked yesterday for meals during the week (today) froze some for a later date.

    Rubbed with Jeffs rub


    Smoked at 240* F for 2 1/2 hrs approx


    Sliced before the bark slice


    Yesterdays dinner was BBQ shiskabab on my Masterbuilt 18.5 kettle

    I pulled that at 140*F it was tasty and moist.
