Im glad I found this great fourm, I have been smoking for years on a barrel pit I bought a new electric masterbuilt smoker last night at Sams going to do some snack sticks and summer sausage real soon y'all have alot of great information on here would like to hear from some of you that use the masterbuilt smoker also you sausage makers
