Hi I'm new at this computer stuff so if I don't do something right let me know. I am from Mobile Al. and have lived here all of my life. I love to deep sea fish and would like to just fish all the time. Iam 48 yrs young and have a job that is very demanding. I have just bought a smoker that is charcoal. It has a fire box on the side and about a 48 x 20 smoking chamber. I have a little experience smoking with a electrical smoker w/water pan. I liked it alright but things must change so I got this one. I am gonna need some help with this thing.
