LOL---I ate Deer Liver, Heart, and Kidneys every year, but no more Liver & Kidneys any more.
And since she also doesn't eat fish or seafood, whenever she's not here, I'm eating that, so I never get to the liver.

Nice Richie! I LOVE venison liver when it is FRESH. ... as in just hours old eaten fresh at camp the same day of the kill. After having it that way it spoiled me and I am really disappointed with packaged or frozen no matter what kind it is.

But yours... Oh man I can eat a pile of that! I'll try the soy and lemon on the next one. Point!
