Just made my first test batch of sticks but realized I only put in about half the cure. Will it still be okay
 
Bass pro mix made up 2lbs but only put in 1/8 tsp cure instead of a1/4. Arm roast smoked to 170 internal temp
 
i'm a little confused, did you make sausage sticks or beef roast
