Touchy, How are you cooking/smoking them? Recipe? Size casings?

did you take them to at least 160-165, how long were they cooking, what temps

Bass pro mix made up 2lbs but only put in 1/8 tsp cure instead of a1/4. Arm roast smoked to 170 internal temp

Sticks ground it up never made sausage or sticks before grabbed what I had and went for it
