Lets smoke some cheese

Let it smoke all nite and chill out til the am. Then I will vac wrap...

Smoke it all night?   I only go 3 hours.  Maybe I need to try all night.

I load up the tube with pitmasters choice and let it go. Burns for about 5 hours and I let it mellow in the smoker till about 10 am .. started at 6:30 . That means like 11 hours without smoke..

Yea I was going to say the same thing.

2 1/2 to 3 hours is plenty for my taste.

Turned out to smoke for 4 hours and rested for 12
Looks good.

I'd dig in to it! I left some in the smoke for 8 or so hours last year in February and just opened it up a few days ago, good stuff!
