Hello, I have an older LEM #8 grinder. It’s a great grinder, and I have no complaints.
It did come out before they changed the auger to the Big Bite version.
While looking on their web site I noticed that I could change mine to a big bite, without a conversion kit. Just buy the $25 auger.
So..... I’d like to ask if anyone here has done this, or used both a regular LEM and big bite version to compare. Would be best if it was the same model.
