Got a LEM catalog in the mail yesterday.

LEM has a 50lb electric stuffer.

I got my catalogue, too. Haven't read it yet as I'm afraid I'll find items that I never thought I needed but once I see them I will know I absolutely need right now.

I don't get the catalog . I've rebuilt my old 5 lb. stuffer twice now , and just might be in the market for a new one .

I would love for someone that has the MaxVac 100 and the jar sealer take me to school on how it works .
Sounds simple , seems simple ,, but I must be an idiot .
